Cancellation policy

The following cancellation fees apply based on the date of written notice from the guest:

• Up to 90 days before check-in: Free cancellation
• From 90 days up to 42 days before check-in: 30% of the booking total
• From 42 days up to 28 days before check-in: 50% of the booking total
• From 28 days up to 14 days before check-in: 75% of the booking total
• 14 days or less before check-in: 100% of the booking total

If a guest notifies us on the day of check-in, or during their stay, that they will not be using the apartment, the full booking amount remains due.
